Where can I find a 2000 corvette multi function brake switch or module?
My left brake lights don't work and my GM diagnostic told me I needed a new multi function swtch for the brake lights but I can't seem to find one except from GM and they wanna charge me $600 to install it. No way! I would prefer to buy it myself , instead of the dealership 500% markup, plug it in myself.

Dealers do not mark up the price of parts. The price of a part from an automanufacturer is the same no matter what dealership you buy it from. If the dealership says that a part (not labor to install, just the part) is $400... that means that it is $400 no matter what dealership you buy it from in the country.
The install sucks because the airbag and steering wheel must be removed and part of the steering column must be removed. Unless you know how to remove and install airbags, this is not a job for you.
If you want a used one, check out www.car-part.com They probably will only be sold with the complete steering column though, but see what is available in your area
