i have a touring caravan, i have just purchased a dish complete with the LNB. the telly has got free-view built in. now can you advise me what to purchase in order to receive free-sat some folks tell me i have also have to get a viewing card from sky costing £25 which i don't mind, and what satellite does sky send signals from for tuning in? one more thing is it worth getting free-sat or is free-view just as good

Freesat transmits on the same sat's as Sky. The biggest worry you will have is that you will need to realign the dish each time as you will never be in the same location. That being the case a motorised dish / sat finder is a good investment.
